The short version. We surface public job postings and link you straight to each company's own application page. We don't sell your data, we don't post anything on your behalf, and we don't scrape your personal information.

Where the jobs come from. Listings are aggregated from companies' public hiring systems (e.g. Greenhouse and Ashby job boards). When you click "Apply," you go directly to that company's official application page — not a third-party reposting. Company names, logos and listings belong to their owners.

Account & sign-in. If you create an account or use "Continue with Google," authentication is handled by our auth provider (Supabase). We receive your name and email to identify your account; we never see your Google password.

What we store. Your account, the roles you save, your pipeline/CRM status and your search preferences are stored to power your dashboard (in your browser and/or your account). We keep only what's needed to run the service.

Payments. Subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles them under their own PCI-compliant terms.

Profile / CV matching. If you paste your LinkedIn text or upload a CV to the match tools, that text is processed only to generate your result in the moment (by us or our AI provider) and is not retained for marketing or sold.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage so we can improve the product. You can block this with standard browser or extension controls.

Your choices & rights (GDPR/CCPA). Only submit your own profile. You can clear saved data anytime by signing out or clearing browser storage, and you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@earlyroles.com. We honor opt-outs of any non-essential processing.
